Re-enrollment for current families begins February 1, 2025.

Enrollment Opens up to the public on Fe bruary 17, 2025. Those in the 2024-25 waiting pool will need to reapply for the 2025-26 school year.

New Student Admissions:

Our Admissions, Enrollment, Tuition, and Financial Aid processes are all facilitated through a third-party, TADS (Community Brands). At the time of enrollment RPMS charges a non-refundable $150 annual registration fee per child per school year.  TADS charges a separate annual fee of $55 per family to manage billing and payments.

Enrollment Process:

1. Log into TADS via our Enrollment-School Year tab

  • Choose Desired School Year.

  • You will be directed to create an account.

  • Once your account is created you can begin the Admissions process.

2. Admission

This step allows us to verify we have a spot your child before you enroll.

  • In this short process you will be asked basic household and student information.

  • Once you complete the Admissions process RPMS will review your information.

  • Upon acceptance of your application you will receive an email to complete the Enrollment Process.

  • (Elementary/Middle School students new to RPMS must also interview with the Head of School, have a 3-day visit in the classroom, and submit student records copy to RPMS. ALL incoming middle school students will need to complete an essay on “Why I want to attend a Montessori Middle School”.)

3. Enrollment

In this step you will be asked specific household and student information.

  • To complete this enrollment you will be prompted to pay the $150 RPMS registration fee.

  • Your child is considered enrolled once this process is complete.

3. Financial Aid

  • If applying for financial aid, please do so after the Enrollment process

  • Applications need to be completed by April 15, 3:30 pm to be considered.

  • There is a $42 fee to apply for financial aid, due upon submitting the financial aid application.

4. Tuition Agreement

In this step you will select your payment plan and payment method .

  • Within two weeks of completing the enrollment process, you will receive an email to set up your tuition payment plan.

  • TADS charges a $55 processing fee annually to the family account to manage billing. RPMS does not receive any of these fees.

Sibling Discounts:

Sibling Discounts will be applied as follows: highest tuition (no discount); 2nd highest tuition (15%); 3rd highest tuition (25%). If a student qualifies for multiple discounts, they are applied individually, highest to lowest. Discounts are applied to program tuition only. No tuition refunds are offered for children’s absences. The Parents are obligated to pay the entire annual tuition and applicable fees regardless of their choice in payment plan options.

Geraldine Hedberg Financial Aid Program:

Rock Prairie Montessori School is fortunate to provide a limited amount of financial aid yearly. Financial Aid applications are due no later than 3:30 pm on the IRS Tax filing deadline (usually April 15th). There is a $42 processing fee per application to be paid to TADS upon submission. (RPMS does not profit from any applicant. The entire processing fee is retained by TADS). The determined percentage of financial aid offered to each applicant will be finalized in May for the following school year and will not exceed 25% of tuition total.
